Showing invoice numbers in booking overview

I want to print out in 1 list the invoice date + booking details.

For certain figures we need to get the turnover in the correct periods. So apart from invoice and booking dates, I need to manage to see the turnover of an appointment in January also in January. Ideally with invoice and booking numbers attached.
