Inactivating customers after certain period not booking

It would be nice if there is a feature that allows you to automatically put customers inactive if they have not made any bookings for a certain period of time. E.g. if they haven't done any bookings for six months or if they haven't done any bookings for a year. They are then automatically inactive and will have to contact you before they can add bookings again. The nicest thing would be if for each newsletter that goes out you can also choose whether or not they receive it.
