Limits based on preferred stays

Maximum number of settings per stay

We work with 3 groups (large - medium & small - mini) and have a building for each group. We accommodate a maximum number of each group, and everything in total 70 dogs. If the medium dogs' stays are full, the calendar stays on green because there is still room in the other 2 buildings. If the preferred stay is set, though, it would be helpful for the client to get the notification for their dog that that particular group is full. People make the booking, pay a deposit, and we then have to go call to say there is no room after all, and refund the money.
