Notification possible when changing booking customer portal

If customers want to change a booking at the last minute, they may have a cancellation fee. Even though this is shown everywhere in our house rules, it still sometimes causes discussion. So if a customer wants to change and enters the new dates, that it comes into view that it may give extra costs.
