Variables can be used in footer under each invoice

We have the following sentence here : The remaining amount must be paid at Animal Shelter XX prior to bringing via ideal or bank transfer stating animal name(s) and booking number.

Instead of animal name(s) and booking number, a variable of the animal name(s) and booking number would look neater.
